Bethany Brashears is a personal injury attorney in the Tampa office of Steinger, Greene & Feiner. She focuses her practice in the areas of personal injury, general negligence, and premises liability.

Beth has legal experience in first-party property loss, medical device manufacturing, business law, international law, personal injury, and premises liability. Prior to joining Steinger, Greene & Feiner, Bethany worked as an Attorney at a prominent nation-wide Plaintiff’s firm, primarily representing Plaintiffs in Premises Liability cases. She brings her variety of experience to Steinger, Greene & Feiner, with a strong dedication to fighting for injured victims to help them get the compensation they deserve.

Beth grew up in Kentucky, daughter of a former coal miner and a church secretary. She has seen first-hand how a personal injury due to the negligence of others can devastate a family. Beth fights every day to ensure that her clients receive financial compensation to get them on a path to recovery after tragedy and catastrophe.

Beth earned her Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications from the University of Kentucky in 2012. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida.

In her spare time, Beth enjoys kayaking, trivia, spending time with her family, friends, and her two dogs at the beach, and rooting for her Kentucky Wildcats.
