Thomas Wenzel has been practicing PIP and injury law since 2013. He is one of the most creative personal injury lawyers in the space and he is an asset to the Steinger, Greene & Feiner team. Another one of the firm’s secret weapons that we use to tackle insurance companies and to ensure that our clients get the compensation they deserve.
Like many of the attorneys at our law offices, Thomas is not afraid to take cases to trial, which is what sets him and all the attorneys at Steinger, Greene & Feiner apart from many other personal injury attorneys. We don’t back down from a fight.
Some of the more recent, high-profile cases that Thomas worked on included cases finding that Liberty Mutual’s policy of insurance afforded PIP coverage in the amount of $12,500 rather than the $10,000 that every other lawyer in FL assumed it carried.
To Thomas, the fight is what matters and he believes in recovering money from insurance companies that rightfully belong to his clients. Insurance companies chronically underpay claims and it’s up to him to make sure my clients get their money.
When he’s not working (which he spends most of his time doing, it’s one of the benefits of loving your job) he can be found with his new wife, or enjoying a great scotch.
