Steinger, Greene & Feiner joins South Florida families as we Walk for PKD to benefit the PKD Foundation and PKDCure.org toward finding a cure!

Steinger Greene & Feiner is proud to support the 4th Annual Walk for PKD to benefit the PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) Foundation. Polycystic Kidney Disease, PKD, is the most common life threatening genetic disease on the planet. More than 600,000 Americans and 12.5 million people worldwide battle PKD as part of their daily lives. PKD affects more people than Down Syndrome, Cystic Fibrosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Hemophilia, Sickle Cell Anemia and Huntington’s disease combined! The power of the disease is its genetic fortitude – if one parent has the disease the children will have the disease. To date there is no treatment or cure for PKD, but there is always hope. Steinger, Greene & Feiner will always waive on the side of hope as we daily work to restore our clients’ quality of life, even improve it if possible. We celebrate the efforts of the PKD Foundation and look forward to getting the word out to our community regarding this disease. Each step Steinger, Greene & Feiner and the South Florida community takes is one step closer to a PKD cure. Imagine affecting $12.5 million people in such a way!

The 4th Annual Walk for PKD will take place on October 17, 2009 at Abacoa Town Center in Jupiter.
