Neil P. Anthony, a Partner at our West Palm Beach office, is dedicated to fighting for full and fair compensation for victims of injuries. Neil P. Anthony joined Steinger, Greene & Feiner in 2008 after having already begun a distinguished career providing legal representation in personal injury and wrongful death claims.
Neil is a recognized leader in the field of injury claims and for more than a decade, he has built his practice around helping those who have suffered harm to recover the compensation they need to move forward after devastating accidents.
He is a graduate of Boston University and the University of Miami School of Law. After earning his Juris Doctorate in 1995, Neil began his career as an Assistant Public Defender. As a representative of the indigent accused of criminal acts, he gained invaluable courtroom experience helping clients to navigate a complex legal system. In 2009, Neil decided to use the negotiating and litigation skills he had honed defending clients to stand up for the rights of those who had suffered injuries or wrongdoing.
Neil focused his civil practice on representing victims of motor vehicle crashes, defective products, unsafe property, police misconduct, dangerous medical devices, boating accidents and animal attacks. He has represented victims of negligence and wrongdoing in trials in the Circuit Civil divisions of Palm Beach, Broward, Dade, and Okeechobee Counties and he has never been afraid to take on big corporations or powerful insurance companies.
He has tried cases against interstate trucking companies after truck collisions; restaurants responsible for drunk drivers; construction companies after electrocutions; pharmaceutical companies that made defective drugs; daycares that failed to care for children; and police departments responsible for assault and battery and injuries due to misconduct. His commitment to every client has been recognized by clients and peers and his A.V. rating from Martindale Hubbell is a testament to the top-notch legal representation he provides.
Neil P. Anthony brought his considerable legal experience to Steinger, Greene & Feiner to become part of a firm with a large legal team dedicated solely to representing injured victims. In addition to providing representation in personal injury and wrongful death cases on the state and federal level, Neil has continued to expand his professional credentials since joining Steinger, Greene & Feiner.
He received his Board Certification in Civil Trial Law in June of 2012, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Palm Beach County Justice Association. His practice is focused on all types of injury and wrongful death claims, including construction accidents, animal attacks, motor vehicle and boat accidents, defective products, police misconduct, and liquor liability.
